Charmaine Viaje

My career has taken me from nursing into technology, giving me a unique perspective on both the people who use healthcare systems and the technology designed to support them.

As an IT project manager, I’ve worked across EHR workflows, clinical informatics, and healthcare technology implementations, helping clinicians and technology teams navigate the challenges of introducing new systems into complex environments.

With a Master’s degree in Health Leadership and Policy, specializing in Clinical Education, I’ve also developed a strong interest in how we create effective learning environments for healthcare professionals.

I’m excited to bring these perspectives together to help create technology-driven learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world needs.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve developed products across mobile, VR, and web - from simulations and training tools to entertainment experiences.

As an educator across three continents, one insight has stood out: intrinsic motivation is the most powerful driver of learning and retention. To teach effectively, we must first spark the desire to learn.

This belief is at the heart of Ember Fox. By bringing together game development, technology, design, and education, we create interactive learning experiences that don’t just deliver information — they make people want to learn.
